Looks like a standarte (s.e) I think, but I'm the onces I've encounter had the unit patch of the left, not the right. The picture makes it hard to authentic, it being in the glass, have a huge glare, and the boarders not in view. I'm not a flag guy at ALL, so I won't comment wether it's real or fake. I'm sure another member will come along quite soon.

It is a SA sturmfahne or company level flag. It is for the 4th Sturm of the 30th Standarte. If the patch is black, it would be for Gruppe Berlin-Brandenburg. If the flag was displayed from the other side, the corner patch would be in the left corner. The mounting rings appear to have all been cut off. From the image, it appears to be a fine original SA sturmfahne.
