Jungmädelgruppenwimpel

Hello,

Picking up this to add to the German youth segment of my collection. Thanks again to Wim Saris for his gracious eyes and knowledge in regards to this. I appreciated his assistance on further details of this piece.

Earlier model Jungmädelgruppenwimpel. It is roughly 50 cm x 80 cm in size. According to Mr. Saris this is one is for Jungmädelschaft 2 from Jungmädelschar 3 from Jungmädelgruppe 254 from Vogelsberg/Wetterau in the district Hessen-Nassau. 254 did belong to Obergau 13. Vogelsberg/Wetterau were Gau 4 (Oberhessen). The word in Süterlin means Schaft.

I've had this handmade flag tucked away for many years. It think it is BDM. If I'm correct, I thought you would find it interesting. (very old photos...)
