Was wondering if this is Kreigsmarine, or just an average battle ground flag? I guess I mean where might have this waved? And the maker marks would this give a reference to what branch this might be?

The "m" mark stands for marine, therefore a Kriegsmarine flag which could have been ship born or harbour/base flag, very nice condition as well

Thanks Dave, there are a few minor holes here and there, moths, and such, but thanks overall its looks nice, I think I got a good deal on it also...looks like there was some period repairs too, minor but overall I thought it was nice.
