Kreigsmarine battle flag - wanting opinions and information

Hi,

I'm looking at purchasing this Kreigsmarine battle flag. Size is listed as 800mm x 1400mm. I'm wanting opinions as to whether all is okay with it, and if it is Kreigsmarine. There is what looks to be an M under the eagle, so I assume it is Kreigsmarine. Not sure what the star stamp is. Any information is appreciated, thanks for looking!

Cross is out of proportion stamps are wrong!

Authentic rubbish Rene. Yes that misshaped "iron cross" is an old error since the 1970's and an easy way to spot the fakes. Also the ink stamps are all wrong.
