Luftwaffe banner or what?

Hi all..i'm looking at this item that seems a Luftwaffe banner...i've never seen before something similar...what's your opinion?? original,fake or fantasy piece?? the measures are 37 " x 15"(94 x 38 cm) many thanks for your opinions

its for the drum a very nice item,just get a drum and away you go.

The red color of the central panel means it was for the band of a Flak unit.
