Nazi Flag Purchasing help

Hey everyone, I was hoping you guys could help me. I have a guy who is trying to sell me a nazi flag. He says his father brought it home from Europe. It has a couple holes (presumably of the bullet variety), and a slight tear. The emblem is on both sides of the flag. He says he put it under a blacklight and got no reflection signifying it is of the time period. There is no makers mark though (he thinks its a late production flag). The guy is asking 150 dollars firm. I am going to ask him to show my it under a blacklight before I give him money. Is 150 a reasonable, low, or high price? Does it look authentic?

In my opinion, the price is high for a damaged flag. These are very common. The price would be appropriate for an example without any damage.
Not all standard political flags have manufacturer's marks.
