Havent seen a tag like this before, good news is it all looks period applied...Bob would be the best bet on knowing the answer to this,until then im undecided. the initials are so crudely applied

From your images, the flag appears to be period original. As to the meaning of the initials, it is a period personalization and I have no idea what the meaning is. I agree with Wizardman that this would have no relationship to the Freikorp.
