Need help! Parade pennant Offered

I saw this listed near to me. I know know thing about Parade Pennants but it looked interesting. $65 OBO. Please tell me what you think. These are the only pictures I have. Listed as "War Trophy." I have asked for dimensions.

It appears to be a period car pennant and not a parade pennant. The mounting rings have been cut off.

Does it look authentic? What size are they? What is it worth?

I said in my post that it was period, which means authentic. They are usually about 12" x 6" or somewhere in that neighborhood. They are not rare and as this one is damaged, should not command a bigt price. Value is subjective so I do not ever get involved in free appraisals. Sorry.

Thank you for your quick replies. I was not aware that period meant authentic but it does make perfect sense. I won't make that mistake again. I learn something new every time I come to the forum. I will check prices other places.
