NSKOV The flag pole finial!

Picked up this salty but beautiful "Otto Gahr" maker marked NSKOV pole top and original flag pole today. here are some pictures i hope you like it as much as i do

Lovely finial and looks fantastic on the pole. I'm surprised it isn't marked denoting what region the units were from. Here is my 'destroyed post war' relic pole top with markings.

Thanks i am glad to hear you like it to! Mark i been spending alot of times comparing and looking for this NSKOV toppers, at archives
at auction houses and militaria dealers and it seems more common that they are not region and unit marked. here is a period picture with the pole top in action!
