Hello JJ. IMO it looks like a period nsdap armband, with a general polish national shield emblem applied. It looks to have been done/modified in the era (I speculate) as it looks to be of similar construction and has simar age and wear overall. Perhaps a homemade sympathizers item..window/desk display given the ornate tassles? JMO best regards.

Sorry that's not a Polish emblem, it looks like the coat of arms for Nuremberg!...

Looks like a Trumpet banner or something similar, and looks original to me.
