    100% original.

Used by all branches of the German Armed Forces.

A KM (Kriegsmarine = Navy) flag would be marked with an Eagle with the letter M under it. Your flag was not a Naval one.

    The maker was "WFT".

    Cheers, Ade.

    PS Welcome to the forum!
    I agree with Ade.
    Original used by all branches.
This would be the marking for a Kriegsmarine flag.

It is a nice flag and one that was certainly flown in the wind.

The only thing which holds it back is the condition due to the thinning of the material.

Blood goes almost black with age on cloth. I doubt this is blood.

If you Google "reichskriegsflagge" you will get an idea of current values.

    Cheers, Ade.
