Question : SA Pennant

I am thinking about buying this pennant from a friend of mine, but I thought I would see what you guys thought first. I guess I need to know is it ok? If it is real, why is it so small? It is only a little over 12 inches long! and what is it worth?

Hello Devin-
The price is fair. Following the collapse of the Communist regime in old East Germany, a small cache of SA material was found in the store room of what used to be a RZM supplier. It included tunics, mantels, uncut sheets of collar tabs and a few of these SA pennants. This is likely one of those. That is what accounts for it's "like new" appearance.
