Requesting Opinions on this Labor Pennant

Hello. I would like to make an offer on this pennant if it looks like an original pre1945 piece to all of you. The reason I thought it sort of seemed odd to me is the stitching or embroidery on the actual white DAF circle. The way it's sewn on the red flag seems strange to me but I really am no expert on the subject. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you, Bob. Much appreciated. The DAF logo/circle stitching on the exterior edge looked pretty modern to me while the rest of the pennant looked pretty early. I was confused. Thanks again.
