It is genuine, of course, and was originally likely part of a pocketwatch fob or a bookmarker. A patriotic bit with the slogan on it meaning "The community comes before the individual"

Great to hear! Payed 15 euros for it, because I had never seen anything like it. Will go nicely with some other NSDAP items in my display!
