SS car pennant

I have shown this around, no definitive opinions. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen a printed version? I has an internal steel plate and is stitched on the edge. No glow, it's old and it smells. I got this in a large lot of period flags and train eagles some time ago from an old time collector. Doesn't mean anything I realize. All comments are welcome.

The printed versions are all fakes. Genuine ones had hand embroidered eagles. This is very poor quality.
