i have visited a guy tonight who is selling this on behalf of his relative who has passed away he knows nothing about it and to be fair its confused the heck out of me as any of you saw this before and if so any ideas or information on it please

It's from a sports club. "Sp. V. 06 Beuel a./Rhein" = "Sportverein 06 Beuel am Rhein".

SV Beuel 06 is a soccer team. Beuel am/Rhein is a district associated with Bonn. This must be a pennant celebrating a soccer victory on that date - July 4th 1939. NH

I have a handmade BDM (?) pendent that I bought a few years ago and admittedly spent WAY too much on. So to Rossi's point. If you love soccer.....
