WW2 German Eagle Banner ?

What are your thoughts on this Flag/Banner?
Is it a podium banner or something else.
45x45 inches
I could not find anything like it.
A few showed up with the swastika in the middle but not the eagle

Hello Tony. Personally I wouldn't hesitate to buy this at all. I think it's a very nice example, it could be a podium banner and or wall hanger (depends on size I'd think) either way given the appearance of the backside it's intended to be viewed from the front only. The material, construction and aging are all consistent with a period piece imo. Here a few other variants from LST a little difference in eagle shape but the motif is the same more or less. Great banner, wouldn't mind owning one like this...fahnenrichter( inspector I assume?)

1869 and Koln 8? Or is the 8111 the inspector? Or does anyone have any idea on the meaning of numbers on the back... I have a banner with the number 28( unk what it is)
