Nice looking belt and buckle, the belt seems to be Luftwaffe, stamped LBA? I'd say both original, but not meant to be together... Saying that, I'm not an expert..

Nice DJ buckle. The LBA marked Luftwaffe belt is a big plus. You can probably find a LBA marked buckle in similar condition to the belt and you would have a real nice set. The belt is most likely to long to have been used by a DJ member.
