Belt I.D. Please.

Hi, this belt arrived yesterday, only paid £45. Looks ok and not been cut down but do like the opinions of the people who know about these things. Also would this belt be to an officers in the German army. I have had a look though the forum about the RZM not being on belts issued to the Heer and only to the political leaders/offices section or am I barking up the wrong tree here, wouldn't be the first time. Is this belt genuine or fake. Many thanks Steve
