brown belt with unit marking?

Article about: Hello all, I am trying to figure out what this is exactly and what the stamping means. Is it just an un-dyed Heer belt and is 7.39 the date or a unit marking of some kind? Any ideas? William

    Bekleidungamst Fürth perhaps? Clothing depot in Fuerth which I think supplied the RAD. Size is 100. NH
