Heer Buckle Eagle Tilted

Hi All
Just bought a buckle from a reputable dealer. The entire stamp seems to be off 10 degrees. Any thoughts? It’s a Heer aluminum buckle.

sorry not iPhone friendly either or not iPhone competent. Compare the outside straight edge to the eagle... eagle is leaning right. Not maker marked

Edit: looking at the eagles heads (squared off on your example) probably not Friedrich Keller but still a good buckle imo.
