Strange buckle on a 1940 marked German belt. It was found in a house that was used by the germans during the war, next to it was a German prison, a Heer camp and a bit further away a POW/labour camp It was given to me for free by the old guy who has lived in the house, probably born there as well,he claimed it was in the house after the germans left..but who knows Someone just now as Im uploading this told me it was Norwegian made for the NS "Hirdbataljon".

Had it out now on a fb group and was linked to a Norwegian collector and dealer, apparently super rare with only a few examples known : http://www.dereksmilitaria.no/index....59&persist=yes
