I would say repro, as the Swasitka does not have sharp edges at all.
I believe that all of the NPEA buckles were made out of aluminum, and this one is also a well known maker marks called - Osang, and there are alot of these fakes out there.
I may be wrong, but I'm sure some one would be able to help.

Not madly keen about tagging this buckle as NPEA and really, I think that it is pure NS-Studentenbund that was on occasions and officially, worn by those within the NPEA institutions.
I concur that the buckle so kindly shown by Michael is a well known fake and which not surprisingly still appears from time to time on dealer sites - as original.
