As a newbie, can anyone make a recommendation for a good book on German belt buckles?

I'm looking for a book that is thorough, as complete as possible, has lots of repro identification information, AND has pricing too. I've done some research and I see there are a few different good quality books to choose from. I'm not sure which one would best suit my needs and since most of them seem to cost $50+, I'd hate to buy a second because I wasn't happy with the first.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated! Thanks very much!

As for books the bibles are Angolias 2nd edition and the Peter Nash book, if you going for just the one book then get the Angolia 2nd edition, you cannot go wrong there

I had it narrowed down to those two but I couldn't decide which would be better. Problem solved - I just ordered Belt Buckles and Brocades via Amazon moments ago. Thanks!

Yes, both those books are good. I have both and can't go without 'em. Prices have certainly changed since Nash's book was published....nothing out there right now that has current market values.
