Hey Jock, nice Nickel Reichsheer/Weimar with unit marked tab, any makers mark on the tab per chance?

Heer buckle by Adolf Baumeister, Ludensheid, quite a hard maker mark to get hold of really.

What is the makers mark on the Luftewaffe tab Jock?

Last Heer is by Ernst Schneider, Ludensheid dated 1937.

All original buckles and nice to have, even if de-nazified

    Any more?

    Ben,

You have made me look closer, sadly no maker but it is 77IR which is local to us here so thats made my day! On lufty all I can make out is ???nsfeld&co 1941.

I will crack on with some more photos as I'm getting the hang of it!

Hey Jock another interesting collection, I cannot make out the circle makers mark on the RAD buckle, can you describe what it is or get a closer pic?

Heer buckle by Richard Sieper & Sohne, if that is one buckle it also has the early Sieper markings under the roller bar.

    Heer buckle by Ernst Schneider

1st pattern Luftewaffe possible maker is Assmann or Christian Theodore Dicke, due to the pebbled effect on rear of buckle but cannot say for definite who.

Well Jock, No one I will have to trawl through my picsa and look for a similar eagle, hard to tell with no makers marks

No 2 Heer buckle with a early Sieper mark

No 3 Dr Franke & Co

No 4 can you read the tab on that one?

No 5 looks like a Noelle & Hueck.

Many thanks for sharing Jock, looking forward to seeing any more you have mate I am sat here with whisky (Jamesons) so have one for me mucker

    Ben,

Yes it is also marked under the bar and the rest toward the end are well worn and I can't make out the markings.

I've just given up the hard stuff as my liver was complaining so I'm stuck with Heineken!

    Cheers!!!

    Jock
