Every time the buckle was in black with a little paint on the leather tab, what it is?

What is interesting Michel is the web belt.
I think that is a good tropical belt.
The buckle Ben mentions is just a blank but it is dated for ‘41
There was a manufacturer in Menden that used to do a lot of stuff for sports organisations

On the leather part of the web, there is a Rbnr, very light.
In the past I bought this to have the tab!!!
