    Yes...belt looks post-war....wouldn't you say that the construction of the buckle is post-war as well? I don't recall seeing pre-45 buckles manufactured in this manner. Could be wrong....I imagine the buckle must be for some civilian org. I wonder if it also could in fact come from another country and perhaps not be German at all!
    Of course, those comments are completely hypothetical. I'd love to find out the truth behind this one.

    the buckle is croatian for PTS or PTB (Poglavnikova Tjelesna Bojna) , Pavelic elite guard.
    The belt hook looks ok too but I always saw these buckles ground dug and I am not aware of the skill level of the fakers for these ones. They are very desiderable and rare and indeed faked. The originals are made in aluminium.
