    Thanks to Paul suggesting it, im going to start posting my photos in a separate thread. These photos will include not only my original WWII photos but also my collectable photos from War Movies.

    Ill start the ball rolling with the newest acquisition--which is THE photo that the Chicago Tribune used when Where Eagles Dare was originally released and is as the actual image those people saw when reading about the movie when it was being advertised.

    Sorry about not getting the image to show, I don;t know what went wrong? also, I cant see the icon images well to see if I even chose the correct thing to use.

    Original and autographed movie poster (Sorry-it's Korean War-but at least its war related) for: Fixed Bayonets. This movie is signed by John Doucette--upper left hand area of the poster. This is a Samuel Fuller classic. Fuller did many war movies including: The Big Red One w/ Lee Marvin and Mark Hamill.

    Something from my War Movies collection.

    Hopefully by tomorrow ill be owning two original photos from the U.S. Army Air Corps in the ETO in WWII--8th Air Force. Two photos of Nose Art--one of which is one im HOPING to purchase from a seller-which and believe it or not? is a WWII photo showing my Father!!!!

    I forgot to add-he is the one not wearing a cap and ill be damned but--also wearing his "Tidal Wave" hair style that he wore all his life.
