I don't know about the pic's you asked about, I'm a newbie at collecting. it is a shame they did not send his stuff home. sometimes when i get my stuff out I sit & wonder about what the owner went through sorry about my English & i am an American. I really wish that they could find his stuff, but you do have some history & no one can take that from you, I only have a picture of my grandpa, in his navy uniform, I have no idea what ship he was on , where he died, etc, all I know is he died in the Pacific.

They told us they couldnt sent his stuff home..ah long story. its pretty weird what they told us. 2 years after his dead my great-grandma received a letter from russia in russian but she didnt didnt have the money to translate is (do u know what i mean) and she burned it..

yes, it probably wasn't nice, so I understand. I don't understand why everyone is so stupid about the swastika in Germany, come on it's been, what 70 years, get over it. I have a few in my house & a lot of rebel flags, American civil war, not one of my family owned slaves & I detest slavery. one of my great granpa's fought for the south & he was from Boston Mass. LOL.

here in portugal also, you can get arrested almost everywhere for showing racist symbols in public. Im sure you can easely get 3rd reich items in germany, you just have to know where to look, its all about connections. As you can see there are a lot of members of this forum that are from germany and have plenty of nazi items.

yeah ur right u can get stuff easily but u cant show it anywhere best thing u can do lock it in your locker... but stuff like the Reichskriegsflagge or die reichsflagge (black white red) is illegal

I just think it's stupid, Hitler isn't alive, it's like are they going to punish the whole country of Germany over something that happened 70 years ago, they need to ease up.
