Yrs. ago I bought a biscuit-tin, replete with pic´s of the eastern-front at a flea-market, (meanwhile I traded all this pictures ...).

On my harddisk I spotted some intersting images today.

They´re showing the General of the Infantry Hans-Wolfgang Reinhard, (KC 22nd of September 1941), during inspection.

Those were great photos. The long shaft, shallow water outboard is fantastic. The boat also appears to have an epoxy or fiberglass resin finish. It's amazing the technical info you can obtain from these old photos. I'm not sure, but it appears the back of that last picture says April of 1942 not 1941 if it was with the same set. Thanks for posting.

The man only wanted to have the Sturmboot-picture and it´s possible, that this group meanwhile´s separated ...
