    Default GJ themed post card

Hi folks, This is one of my favorite postcards. The title Gefechtspause means a break in the fighting. The GJ soldiers depicted are listening to a radio, grounded it appears with bayonet! You can see some mountain equipment including a hammer and felt climbing shoes in the photo. The back includes lots of info about its origin and the green stamp of the Geb. Art. Ers. Abt. 79. Does anyone know what M.E. stands for in the inscription? Thanks, Neil
