Identifying the uniforms on a political party photo

Good day!

I've a small negative photo in my possession and decided to get it printed. The result is attached to this thread. I've tried figuring out the uniforms on this photo but as my own knowledge lies with WW1 trench knives I decided to ask for some help and hope anyone can shed some light on what type of party members I'm looking at.

The man in the foreground and the one behind the two men in civilian clothing are both NSDAP political leaders. The man behind the two civilians is wearing a dark hat that is unusual. It is possible it is some form of early DAF cap.

the man with the peak cap also has a eagle in a diamond on his sleeve,same has the other 2 in uniform.

The arm diamond indicates the men are amtswalter. The uniforms and headgear indicate this is an early photo as they are wearing 1st pattern insignia circa 1933-34.

Hard to tell, but my guess would be that the man in the dark blue visor is NSBO.
