Here's one of two pix I have of a named Luftwaffe Officer.

I've always liked it because of the sword he is holding.
Cannot see any badge(s) though ! !

This is a fairly early photo, most likely taken pre war (or very early war) judging by the early droop tail Lufwaffe eagles to the cap and breast and the use of the leather cross strap: so at best he might only have a qualification badge, if we could see it.

I would really like to add a Luftwaffe sword to my collection.
