Can someone help me understand the text on the back of this photograph?

The heading says:

"17. Aufsicht / Luftkriegsschule Göppingen / 5. Insp. [= Inspektion]
V. [= Vom] 4.11.44 - 13.1.45"

Officer candidate training courses at the Luftkriegsschulen [Air Warfare Schools] were divided into Inspektionen, which in turn were sub-divided into Aufsichten. These are the men of the 17th Aufsicht in the 5th Inspektion of the training course that ran from 4 Nov. 1944 to 13 Jan. 1945.

Below that, it says:

"Vorn:" [front:] / "Mitte:" [middle:] / "Hinten:" [back:], followed by the names of the men in the respective row.
