Need help with uniforms

Hi all - bought this photograph recently and I'm trying to work out what organisation these chaps belong to. There're the armbands, collar tabs, hats, belts - some sort of early SA? NSKK? Something? Any help would be much appreciated!

Probably NSKK ...I dont think they are RAD

I would go with NSKK over RAD.

Indeed. They would have the 'shovel' insignia over the armbands if so. also, here are some NSKK/SA collar tabs

They are defintely early labor service personnel from the era of the FAD/NSAD, which would evolve into the RAD.
