Bill nice to see the german women had a sense of humor too, nice
haha I know, right! I think it is funny that it was widely done throughout all of the branches of the German forces. Probly a case of "monkey see, monkey do" I suppose.

Ralph- thats funny that you think you recognized that top woman! cool. I wish we had a table like that at our mall.

Chris, youre so right! $10 + SS =

    NORWAY

Soldiers from Inf. Div. 214 in Norway, April/may 1940.
The car was obtained in the Norwegian city of Kristiansand, winch the number on the window tells me..

    Best regards from Norway
I like this photo alot. Very cool. Note the slit-covers over the bike headlights for sneaky night-riding

HPL- Very nice, with the original case and everything! I would rather use that in most circumstances than a digital camera to be honest. Even better that it was your grandfathers.

I think it is neat that all the top photo paper companies made cameras as well back then. Like Agfa, Voigtlander, Mimosa, ETC. A very beautiful camera Andreas. You can still find the blank paper too, but sometimes a bit more expensive than you would expect.
Here is an example from my collection: Mimosa paper
