I've had a look at it when it was posted before. Sorry; there are too many blanks for me with this one. I can tell you that it was a card written from a man at a German Red Cross hospital home to his parents, though.
    thanks HPL

then it must be the same postcard from this soldier?

It's a photograph from Lybia. It says...:

    "Erinnerung:
    Aufenthalt in Misrata
    am 16.4.1941
    Bild 30
    "

    ...meaning:

    "A memory:
    Stay at Misrata
    on 16 April 1941
    Picture 30
    "

Thank you very much. I thought it might read Misrata, but decided to see what others would say. It was the only word I could read, the rest was illegible to me.

He must have been one of the earliest Germans to arrive there.

    Thanks Bill!
It is really the only grouping I have, like I said, bought from I think 3 different sources. For some reason I just recognised him and bought as many as I could. Did you notice the third panzer guy on the bench is wearing an IAB?
