    Ralph- It has been great to see your family history during the wartime years. I really like the Bunker photo, very nice. Of course my favorite of all is your fathers Pz Portrait w/ cap variation! Would love to see more

    Sad photo of a Russian soldier KIA w/ horse, and with his Mosin Nagant Rifle bayonet sticking in ground. The Germans have rummaged his personal belongings, which are strewn about. It looks like a German steilhandgrenate near his body?

    Andreas, Thank you very much for your help as always. I could read the Mariupol and Gefallen, but other than that I was lost! haha Thanks again, as the translations will help with my studying this regiment

    I wonder whats up with the "X-mas 39"?
