All I can make out is "Opa Friedrich" (Grandpa Friedrich) on the front. I'm sure someone here will be able to read the back though :-)

Thank you for the help im really curious of the back if it adds to the pictures significance because the picture doesnt look that exciting for the ammount written on it

So you have a really big problem. You must find "old german" who can read this "scribble" If you have a time I can ask one person which probably know this alphabet. I know only a fraktur alphabet using in newspapers etc.
You can read this with a "small" help of this
