As a garnish to HPL's answer, take a look at this linky thing for more photo's that you can click on. It looks like an interesting place, and judging by the interior photo's hasn't changed much in the intervening years.

Hi Chris, Im not saying that he never changed units over time, you never know. But like I was saying, the 70th Artillery Regiment was grouped with the 34th ID according that link/website. BTW awesome info on the building guys!

- Funeral Procession w/ sashes. Foggy day!

- DRK Red cross group photo (early)

- Fire/Police?? Some with Luftschutz Helmets it looks like

- Unidentified Photo....MG34 and bandoliers, but Black tunics w/out insignia??

- Decorated Vets with WW1 badges (just noticed a Zoll man in there too!)

- Hitler Jugend boy with Flak helper patch

Luftwaffe man with unkown badge. Para Badge maybe??? Air Gunner??? I cant tell
