Here are a couple of very fine photos of Panzerkampfwagon IIIs on parade I do believe in Vilnius 1941.

The writing on the back is biro so probably written post-war.

Post war writing it very new, paper has no age to it, the way the photo paper has been cut and it has the known post war Agfa photo paper logo.
