SS-Oberstrumbannfuerher Fortenbacher, Commander SS-Infantry Ersatz Btl, Germania in Holland. The double runes could date the picture to between late 1939 to May 1940 unless Fortenbacher was flaunting regs here which he may have been.

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

LSSAH group foto on armoured vehicle with SS Lt. Heinz Tomhardt (sentenced to death for his part in the Malmedy Massacre) third from left, front row.
The "X" marks in pen were added by a vet of this unit to signify comrades who were KIA during the war.
Here is SS Lt. Heinz Tomhardt receiving his death sentence which was never carried out (this is not a photo of mine):

Two photographs taken by Alfred Arnold's photographer Wilhelm Walz.
The occasion was Frau Arnold's birthday.
Frau Arnold is in the center. The Gauleiter to her right is the Gauleiter of Wuertemberg-Hohenzollern Wilhelm Murr.
To her left is, of course, Heinrich Himmler.
To Himmler's left is SS General Walther Darre.
Arnold is to the right of Wilhelm Murr.
The second photograph is more of the same.
edit: I probably should have dusted these two photographs off before I scanned them instead of after. The tiny white dots the scanner picked up are dust particles and are not part of the photos themselves. Sorry about that.
Also I seem to be having trouble getting the edges in I notice. I haven't quite figured this scanner out I think. It seems to not want to pick up the edges of anything white.

The man standing up behind Darré in the first photo looks like Hans Frank to me. I may be mistaken...
