I have this postcard with the writers text on the back and this is my id, but am I not sure about the man left to hitler, but I believe it is Konrad Henlein ?
What does the picture on the front of the postcard show (southern Germany) ?

Yes, it's Henlein, and the area of land depicted on the obverse is the Sudetenland, whose Anschluss the postcard commemorates.

(The handwritten text on the back is of no particular interest; the sender merely announces the recipient that he would like to come for a visit next Sunday.)

As HPL correctly states, the card was produced to commemorate the Sudetenland's incorporation into the Greater German Reich.
