    Dillinger022, I was doing some research when I saw this photo you posted.. Been awhile but I have been studying a lot in the last year, The photo is of Generalarbeitsfuhrer von Alten, the fender pennant XV Saschen also confirms my claim as well.. G

    Just for the sake of completeness, the "II" on the car's number plate identifies Dresden, which was the location of Arbeitsgau XV's HQ.
