Hi Daz, I think it really depends on whom the RKT is? Wartime signed ones obviously command higher prices. Some signatures are more common than others.
Cheers, Ade.
Daz Ade is right it depends on the RK , some of them have signed thousands of photos some not a lot , also some of them were more famous personalities than others and are more collectable.
I have about 800 signed photos so if you can give any further info as to the photos you are interested in we should be able to help more with a price,

Paul

Thought shall be the harder , heart the keener,
Courage the greater as our strength faileth.
Here lies our leader ,in the dust of his greatness.
Who leaves him now , be damned forever.
We who are old now shall not leave this Battle,
But lie at his feet , in the dust with our leader

In have 23 signed photos of SS KC winners for sale on German Militaria Collectibles thanks to responding.
There are none that are rare or were particulaly big personalities , Swords winners and above etc so probably 15-25 euros each,

Waffen-SS Ritterkreuztrager signatures are arguably the most collectable of all the branches of service.
Of your examples, Richter, Papas and Launer are among the less frequently encountered post-war examples however, they are not to be considered as rare.
There are several Waffen-SS RKT who passed away in the 60's, 70's and early 80's whose signatures are seldom encountered on photographs on the second hand market, their prices are reflected in their scarcity accordingly.
Regards Richard.
