Spanish Flak 88 Photos
Hi all. Was going through some photographs in the collection and found these 3 dated (8.9.44) with what I believe to be Spanish writing on the rear. I realize these are nothing special, but the writing is interesting.
I know of the Blue Legion, however that was Wehrmacht and not Luftwaffe; and ended April 44, and not Aug/Sep as the photos are dated. The word “coceso”is Spanish, however there is “bei” as well.. German. Puzzled lol
Can anything be presumed from the photos or perhaps the answer lost to history. Perhaps it’s simply someone of Spanish heritage serving in Flak, OR I’m completely lost in translation haha
