    What winter uniform is the tank commander wearing? Its something I dont immediately recognise.

    Very nice photo!

    The uniform looks like the standard Heer winter reversible padded jacket. Camo pattern one side, white the other. Hard to say the pattern, could be green splinter or could be tan water pattern.
