Anybody a idea who is the speaker on the pics, or are they under going the oath?

Some are taking some type of oath on the flag, wish I could see more of the flag. Possibly a labor or engineer battalion? And by the way your english is fine. Thanks for sharing the pics. John

the man probably is some high ranking officer i guess,
With this album also came the mitglieds buch from the Rad member who put the album together (Srry just found it )
i'll scan the booklet and post it up here (new thread offcourse )
