Hello Greeting, Welcome. Where is the Disneyland in the first pic? It does not look like the one I have here in Florida, or the one California.
That is a very interesting carved /art flak shell you have. Where did you get it?

Nothing allows to say when she was made!
However I do not see the intéret for a soldier to engraved a cartridge after the war.

Hi Dom, thats what I was thinking, but there are a lot of Disneylands now. My older brother went to the opening of the original Disneyland in Anaheim California in 1954. I was not born yet then, but went there many times during the 1960's. It was FUN!! for a little kid. It was the one and only Disneyland.
I have been here in Florida USA for 20 years and have never been to the one here! You could have left the pic, not a big problem.

I have to say that from were I´m standing the shell could well be real. The date 1943 is the only thing that rings a bell but again things werent that hot in Smolensk then. Intersting item!
