    Was found on the headquarters A.H "Wolfsschanze " in Poland.

    Ps. Sorry if I put in the wrong section.

    It's not actually a tactical mark:

    This sign denotes the right of way [Vorfahrtrsrecht] for motor vehicles of the Hauptquartier/OKH [Headquarters of the Army High Command]. To be affixed above the front- and rear licence plates of OKH vehicles, it was introduced with an order of of 4 April 1941.

    It's upside down, by the way: The point of the triangle should point downwards, not upwards.
